Manta transitions to Wrays Management & Strategic Services |

Manta is pleased to announce its recent merger with Wrays and the formation of Wrays Management & Strategic Services (MSS) division. Manta, under the Directorship of Albert Ferraloro, has had a close association with Wrays since its inception and has provided tailored intellectual property management solutions to numerous key Wrays clients for a number of years.
Wrays Chairman, John King, is very pleased by the merger of Manta with Wrays which helps continue Wrays' evolution to a comprehensive IP services firm. "We recognised that clients often need more than assistance with creating and monitoring IP – they also need support with managing and deriving revenue from their IP. Wrays MSS can assist our clients to achieve these goals".

Tim has extensive experience with IP assertions, international acquisitions of technology companies, technology licensing, IP due diligence and public listings.
The launch of MSS comes soon after the launch of Wrays Lawyers, led by David Stewart.
